FlexRite™ SUSCTP Post-Cured Silicone Pump tubing from ProA Pure Tubing is a post-cured platinum silicone tubing manufactured in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom. FlexRite™ SUSCTP is designed for applications in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, biomedical, and food sectors. Post-curing guarantees complete cross-linking, resulting in enhanced mechanical strength suitable for use in demanding applications like peristaltic pumps and pinch valves.
SCTP post-cured silicone pump tubing is recommended for peristaltic pump applications greater than 24h. The manufacturing process is governed by an ISO-compliant quality management system, ensuring each production batch receives a unique lot number for full traceability from raw materials through to finished products. The tubing meets USDA and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 standards for direct contact with drugs, food, and fully conforms to USP Class VI requirements.
Standard rolls are 50 feet in length, with custom and spooled longer lengths available upon request. Please inquire for tailored solutions to meet your needs.
