Items can be returned for a maximum period of 60 days from date of shipment. Refund is subject to restocking fees. Restocking fees vary between 15 and 30%, depending on the item.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and returned in the original packaging in the same condition in which it was originally received.

To initiate a return, please email us at eCom@pro-analytics.net to obtain an RMA (Return Authorization) number. Please list a reason for the return and include the original receipt / proof of purchase.


Upon receiving and inspection of the returned product, an email will be sent notifying the purchaser on the return approval or rejection and associated amount to be refunded. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven business days.


Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. If you need an item exchanged for the same item, send us an email at eCom@pro-analytics.net to receive an RMA (Return Authorization) number.

Then, send the item including the RMA on your shipping label.
