Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

On this page, you will find ProAnalytics’ Refund and Returns Policy that governs the refunds and returns of products and/or services purchased by you or your company from ProAnalytics LLC (“ProAnalytics”, ”we” or “us”).

Because our products and services are diverse, our policy varies depending on the type of product or service you are buying. Our goal is to make your purchasing experience simple and transparent.

Only defective or damaged items are eligible for refunds or exchanges, and ProAnalytics reserves the right to first provide an exchange in lieu of a refund. 

In order for any product purchased from ProAnalytics to be eligible for an exchange or refund, the originally purchased product must be unused, able to be returned to ProAnalytics in the product’s original packaging, and received by ProAnalytics in the same condition in which you originally received it. Consumables (tubing, fittings, plastic components) must be returned in unopened packaging.

You may initiate your request for an exchange or refund of a damaged or defective item by emailing us at customerservice@pro-analytics.net to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). 

Your email should include your contact details, a description of why you purchased the product, and a reason for your request for an exchange or refund, including images or photos of damages to packaging and/or products. A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase should also be attached.

Upon receipt of your email, ProAnalytics will contact you to verify the details of your request and provide you with further instructions.

Please be aware that not all requests for exchanges or refunds can be immediately approved. 

In certain instances, we may need to contact and obtain the original manufacturer’s review.

Once we have concluded a review and determined your request’s eligibility, we will arrange the exchange or issue a refund per the conditions and instructions described below. 

The following information specifically applies to purchases made through ProAnalytics online eCommerce store and orders paid with credit cards.

Product Returns & Refunds

Products described below may be returned within 30 days of shipping date. Customer must fill in a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form to obtain an RMA Number and reference this number on return shipping documents. Returned products will be inspected and an email will be sent to notify the purchaser of the return status. The email will include approval or rejection and associated amount to be refunded. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven business days. Shipping fees are not covered under this policy and will not be refunded.

Restocking fees are as follows:

  • Pumps, ProA Flow sensors: 25% restocking fee
  • Consumables, including all tubing, fittings and plastic components: 25% restocking fee
  • Custom products are not returnable (or restocking fee is 100%)

Once your RMA is approved, send the item including the RMA on your shipping label.

Order Cancellation

Orders in process may be canceled by Buyer only with ProAnalytics written consent and upon payment of ProAnalytics’ cancellation charges. A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount prior to the credit card refund.

It is highly recommended that you insure all shipments for the full replacement value. ProAnalytics accepts no responsibility for equipment lost or damaged during shipment.
