Biochemistry Analyzer

The Model 2900D dual biochemistry analyzer offers great flexibility for offline stand-alone measurement of two chemistries of choice. This instrument can also be offered in its fully automated version (as model 2900M) including the optional 2960 online sampling module. (See application note YSI-T200LS for details). Its unique advanced features include: 

• Specific analyte result in 60 seconds or less
• Specially designed anti-clogging fluidics
• Proprietary enzyme electrodes technology
• OPTIONAL: Automated sampling (Consult ProAnalytics for details)
• Ability to measure from 96 well plates, micro-centrifuge tubes and / or other sample holders
• Large number of analytes can be selected, including Glucose, Lactate, Glutamate, Glutamine, Xylose, Ammonium, Ethanol, Methanol, Sucrose, Galactose, Lactose, Choline, Glycerol, and Hydrogen Peroxide.

ProAnalytics Process Automation Solutions include bioreactor nutrients feed control and process management information systems integration. All software/control solutions can be supplied as 21 CFR, Part 11 compliant.

The model 2950D is a six parameter Biochemistry Analyzer. This unit comes equipped with three dual sensor modules. System includes unique fluidics and chamber designed to resist clogging – even at high cell densities. Using the inherent specificity of enzymes for a single target analyte, YSI’s proprietary immobilized enzyme electrodes allow a rapid, accurate and interference-free measurement to be made in about a minute. These instruments provide a user-friendly graphical touchscreen interface, and allow choosing any combination of six of the following chemistries:
