Flow cell housings are available in biocompatible materials, including nylon, with customizable chamber geometries, sizes, and process connections to meet application requirements.

Features: 

• Standard design compatible with METTLER InSUS line of pH, DO, or dCO2 single-use probes
• Compatible with PG 13.5 adapters for 12 mm bioprocess probes, with additional configurations available for 19 mm threaded probes
• Configurable to any probe length
• Available with weldable TPE tubing and plugged ends for integration into sterile single-use fluid paths
• Different flow chamber geometries depending on sensor technology requirements
• Wide selection of process connections including barbed, Tri-Clamp, NPT in multiple sizes
• Supplied as a standalone component or as part of a fully assembled single-use fluid path
• Assemblies ship gamma irradiated with a certificate

Larger Chamber Housings with Clearance for Optical or Capacitance Measurements

Higher Flow Housing

• Currently designed to accommodate ¾” or 1 ½” Tri-Clamp connections
• Adaptable to different sensor lengths
• Includes a clip-on base for stable installation

Lower Flow Housings

• Currently designed to accommodate ½” Tri-Clamps
• Uses standard sensor housing
• Optional magnetic clip-on base
