The CP Biotools Magma™ APS Gen2 is a scalable, low-shear sanitary diaphragm pump system designed for sterile fluid handling in biopharmaceutical applications. Supporting volumes from 100 mL to over 100 L, it is suitable for research, process development, and production environments.

USP Class VI platinum-cured silicone diaphragms with stainless steel or gamma-compatible plastic pump heads ensure sterility and compatibility with autoclaving or irradiation.
Smart-Stop™ & Quick-Stop™
Controlled shutdown modes purge or hold liquid, relieve pressure, and prevent air or fluid retention.
Integrated Safety Systems
Automatic alarms and shutdown protect against abnormal operating conditions.
Sensor & Control Integration
- Supports up to three single-use pressure sensors (inlet, outlet, filtrate)
- Automated feed pump activation via vessel weight control (RS232 scale input)
- Permeate pump integration with automated control
- Liquid ingress detector to prevent controller damage
Connectivity & Data Output
Ethernet interface for external monitoring and CPC connectors for process integration.

Molded platinum-cured silicone, steam-sterilizable, qualified for >1 million cycles.
