Mini Parallel Bioreactor Systems

HEL, a company with great expertise in research and pre-pilot chemical reactors, has developed a state-of-the-art line of mini parallel bioreactor systems that support fermentation and cell culture operations. The Xplorer HT is a complete solution consisting of multiple small vessels, a control unit, and dedicated software. The flexible system platform allows different configurations to suit the required application.

A variety of layouts are available, from single to 2, 4, or 8 independently controlled bioreactors with working volumes from 20 ml to 2.6 liters. Special materials of construction on the vessels allow operation at higher pressures making them suitable for special microbial processes. Full sensing capabilities expand from classical pH, DO and temperature, to ORP, OD, NIR, etc. Careful design of vessel geometry and controls provides the best solution for scalability in a parallel reactor system.
