Pilot Plant TFF Systems up to 6.5 m²

TECNIC ePILOT® Tangential Flow Filtration

Designed for demanding product recovery and purification applications, system is furnished with a standard SS 50L tank. Max surface area capacity of up to 2.5 m² with Flat Sheet Cassettes or up to 6.5 m² when using Hollow Fiber Filters. Flexible design allows users to upgrade vessel size up to 200L. System is fully automated using either differential, transmembrane pressure, or cross flow as control variables for adjusting concentration or diafiltration processes.

Advanced ePILOT® TFF systems include a variety of operational modes such as TMP, concentration, diafiltration, and water flux test modes, making it highly versatile for different bioprocessing requirements. Optional integrated Auto CIP and SIP functionality for seamless operation, minimizing maintenance activities.
