Policy Overview
On this page, you will find ProAnalytics’ Returns and Refunds Policy. This is the policy that sets forth our general eligibility criteria and governs the returns and refunds of certain products purchased by you or your company (‘you”, “buyer”) from ProAnalytics LLC (“ProAnalytics”, ”we”, or “us”).
Because our products are diverse, our return and refund policies vary depending on the type of product you are buying. The details described in this policy are generally intended to reflect typical return and refund situations related to purchases of products made via our website or through purchase orders sent to us. They may not, however, reflect every situation or circumstance. Please contact us at customerservice@pro-analytics.net so we may assist you with your specific return request. Product Eligibility for Exchange or Refund
In most cases, ProAnalytics will only accept the return of products that you received in a damaged state, or that we deem were defective prior to your receipt of the product. We reserve the right to evaluate return requests and, in our sole discretion, determine the product’s eligibility for a return. It is also within our sole discretion whether to reject your request, offer you an exchange, or to proceed with a refund.
These are the eligibility criteria we will use in making our decision:
- Your product must have been purchased from and payment made to ProAnalytics LLC.
- Your purchase must not be a “Final Sale” product. Final Sale products are generally not eligible for returns.
- The following is a list of “Final Sale” products:
- Custom Products: These are special products produced by ProAnalytics that are bespoke in nature and not products typically purchased in online channels.
- Products that are beyond their expiry date.
- Products whose ship date to the buyer is beyond 30 calendar days.
- Consumables: Generally plastic components, including but not limited to Single-Use components (fittings connectors, gaskets, etc), tubes, bags, bottles, and assemblies.
- Your return request must be within 30 days of your receipt of the product. See below for how to initiate your request.
- With the exception of Single-Use assemblies which should remain intact at your facility for further investigation by the manufacturer, we must receive your product return in our offices with its original packaging, parts, and accessories within 15 calendar days from the date that we issued you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
How to Initiate Your Return Request
You may initiate a return request if you received your purchase from us in a defective or damaged state (e.g. the packaging is damaged, broken or open) or your product was defective due to a manufacturer’s defect. Generally, your request should be made within 30 calendar days of your receipt of the product. To initiate your request, please email us immediately at customerservice@pro-analytics.net to obtain an RMA number. Your email to us should include:
- a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase
- your contact information
- a description of why you purchased the product
- a reason for your request for an exchange or refund
- images of damage to packaging and/or products.
Upon receipt of your email, ProAnalytics will contact you to verify the details of your request and provide you with further instructions.
Once we have issued you your RMA number, you will have 15 business days to repackage and ship your item to us at your expense. You will need to create your own shipping label that includes the RMA number. You should insure and ship your return purchase in its original packaging to:

We recommend that you insure all shipments for the full replacement value. ProAnalytics will not accept responsibility for equipment that is lost or damaged during shipment.
Once we have conducted our review and determined your product’s eligibility for return, we will email you with our decision. Please note that in some cases our response may not be immediate as we may need to seek and await a manufacturer’s review and response.
If we approve your request, our email will indicate whether we will replace the item or whether we will issue a refund and the amount to be refunded.
Refund Processing and Fees
If your return is approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven business days. The refund amount that will be credited to your account is the original purchase price of the product minus a 30% percent restocking fee. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges or other fees that may appear on your original invoice or purchase receipt.
Order Cancellation
Orders that have not yet shipped to you may be canceled by you with our written consent. Please contact customerservice@pro-analytics.net with your order details. We will evaluate your request and issue you a refund less a minimum 5% restocking fee and any additional cancelation or restocking charges we incur from our manufacturers. Additional fees may be applicable depending on the complexity of your order (e.g. an order for items from different suppliers).
Changes to our Refund and Returns Policy
ProAnalytics reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time and without prior notice.
